memories of march: a month of growth, adventure, and change

United States

March has been a month of excitement, progress, and moments of joy that I’ll cherish for a long time. This month has been a whirlwind of happiness and anticipation, from toddler adventures with Liam to ticking off a major project I’ve been working on for a while. Let me walk you through some of the highlights.

Toddler Adventures with Liam: A Spring to Remember

Spring is here, and with it comes a new set of activities for Liam and me to enjoy together. We’ve been exploring outdoor adventures, from nature walks to backyard picnics, and it’s been so fun to watch Liam’s curiosity bloom as the days get warmer.

On top of that, I’ve also been working on something special for parents — a Toddler Activity Guide! I’ve wanted to do it for so long, and I’m thrilled to say it’s finished and ready for anyone who wants to use it. The best part? It’s completely free! I genuinely hope this guide helps parents create meaningful memories with their toddlers and fosters an environment for both fun and growth. I’m so proud to offer it to the world, and I can’t wait to see how families put it to use.

We’re Going Home!

The excitement is REAL! This March, my husband, our little Liam, and I are getting ready to take a trip back home to the Bahamas! We both grew up there, and although we currently live in Pennsylvania, the pull of family, friends, and yes, the delicious Caribbean food, has been calling us for a while. I seriously can’t wait to reunite with loved ones, indulge in all the island flavors I’ve been missing, and enjoy the island life once again.

Liam’s no stranger to the Bahamas — he’s been there three times already! Still, it’s always exciting to see how he reacts to familiar sights, sounds, and tastes. I’m looking forward to watching him reconnect with family and friends and of course, enjoy those sunny beach days. It’s like a mini homecoming for all of us, and we can’t wait to make even more memories in our beautiful home away from home!

Packing for Paradise

Speaking of the trip, I’m in full packing mode! I love organizing and styling outfits for our vacations (I’m the designated packer and stylist, haha). For this trip, I’ve chosen a relaxed color scheme of blue, beige, and white, with pops of tan and yellow. It’s simple and neutral, but the warm tan and sunny yellow add a cheerful, coastal vibe that feels both fresh and inviting. I’m making sure everyone, from me to Liam, has a little something special for the trip — and of course, I’m all about blending comfort with style, especially for Liam’s toddler clothes!

When it comes to packing for our son, it’s all about making sure he’s comfortable and ready for any adventure, whether it’s a sunny day at the beach or a casual stroll in the evening. I’ve picked out some cute yet comfy outfits — soft tan shorts, breathable yellow tees, and little slip-on sandals in white. I also made sure to pack a few extra essentials like a light hoodie in beige for when it gets cooler and, of course, some adorable hats to keep the sun out of his eyes. It’s a bit of a challenge to balance practicality with style for a toddler, but I’m loving the process! I can’t wait to see him in those outfits!

More Sun Means More Fun

Daylight savings is here, and I have to say, I’m a fan! Longer evenings are just what I need to make the most of the day, and it feels like there’s so much more time to spend outside with Liam. We’ve been enjoying evening walks, playing in the backyard, and just soaking up the extra sunlight. That said, the first week was a bit of an adjustment for both me and Liam. We were both pretty tired at first, but now we’re embracing the change and feeling energized.

Simple Spring Decor & Freshening Up Our Space

I’ve been keeping things minimal this year when it comes to spring decorating. I’m not going all out with Easter-themed décor, but I did add a few touches to celebrate the season. I picked up some pussy willow for the dining room, and it’s such a simple yet beautiful touch that really brightens the space. I’m also doing my annual spring cleaning and refresh, which always makes the house feel lighter and more inviting. Juicing My Way to a Healthier Lifestyle

March also marks the start of a new health journey for me. I got myself a new juicer, and it’s been such a fun addition to my daily routine. I’m focusing on eating healthier — cutting back on carbs and packing in more protein, as well as making my own vegetable and fruit juices. It’s been a blast experimenting with different juice combos, and the best part is that Liam loves it just as much as I do. Since I officially started this new lifestyle last month, I’ve already lost 3lbs, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself!

March has been a month full of growthadventures, and new beginnings. From Liam’s toddler activities to the excitement of our upcoming trip to the Bahamas, it’s been an unforgettable time. And I’m so looking forward to what April will bring!
