My number one goal for 2021 was to workout more and stay consistent with it. Surprisingly, between the months of January and February, I've done 57 workouts! I know sometimes we may not feel like working out but taking 30 minutes out of the day to do something for your body is so important.

I can't wait to see how many workouts I have by the end of the year :)
