In 2021, my primary objective was to prioritize regular exercise and maintain consistency in my workouts. To my surprise, I managed to complete a total of 57 workout sessions between the months of January and February. I've come to realize the significance of dedicating just 30 minutes each day to physical activity, even on days when I may not initially feel motivated. It's essential to invest in taking care of our bodies. I'm eagerly looking forward to tracking and observing my progress over the course of the year.
