You can never go wrong with a Forever21 summer sale. In fact, you can't go wrong with any sale! I'm always sifting through the sale/clearance racks no matter the type of sale so I understand the process can be a little more time-consuming. Sometimes it's not guaranteed that you would find your size or style and you may have to splurge on a particular piece like denim or shoes, but any amount of savings will help.
